CurrentMy practice is focussed on disputes, arbitration and contentious insolvency and restructuring work. I am actively involved in court and arbitration proceedings (SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC and IICRA), handling derivative actions, contentious commercial, shareholder, employer, and other disputes.I also sit as arbitrator. Presently, I am on the SIAC and HIAC panels of arbitrators. I work extensively with clients based in Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, the US and Europe as well as Singapore.I have been recognised in Legal 500, Chambers, IFLR1000, AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers and Best Lawyers International for my dispute resolution and restructuring/insolvency work. I was also named Litigator of the Year in Southeast Asia in both 2021 and 2023 by Asian Legal Business.
