Rick recruited hundreds of agents and other agencies to offer Aflac products throughout Central Florida. He built up a sales force that produced tens of millions of dollars in new and renewal insurance premiums within government employer groups and private industry.He qualified for many levels of awards beginning with Florida Rookie Of The Year in his first year. Eventually qualifying for the prestigious and coveted, Aflac National Presidents Club. Rick acquired many valuable business tools while with Aflac and was able to retire from that career at a young age, due to Aflac's unique independent agent structure. Over 20 years ago, Rick got back heavily involved with the family development business.
