About Brenda Lucía Ramírez Orozco
I am passionate about human development, creativity, technological innovation and theater. I accompany companies and professionals in the execution of strategies to attract, identify, develop and retain talent, I give advice and career coaching. My professional history begins in Grupo Merza, a company in which I worked for more than 12 years and in which I had the opportunity to grow as a professional because I began working part-time as a university intern and ended up in the management of personnel incorporation, I lived unforgettable experiences in the I learned that it is key to integrate human resources processes with new technologies. In 2017 I decided to explore new horizons to learn about other work cultures and continue contributing to organizational changes and talent management processes that leverage human capital with the organization's strategy. In April 2019 I began to collaborate with PSW Global Solutions as a Human Development Consultant where I discovered myself as passionate about training, coaching and the search for labor well-being in the work culture in our country. The theater has been the alternative discipline that has nurtured me as a person and as a professional, I currently study the Diploma The Science of Acting at Caudal Producciones AC Jan - Oct 2020, I also studied the Intensive Diploma of Dramatic Acting for Theatrical Professionalization at CEDRAM 2014- 2016; I participated as an actress in the short film "When the leaves fall" by Sofía Ptacnik produced by the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica AC Shorts Film Sept 2018 and in the theatrical montage "Desierto" directed by Diego Montero season 2017 - 2018. Combining the skills I have acquired In this discipline with HR I have conducted training videos and webinars. Those who know me say that I am a committed and empathetic person. I like to explore, learn and create. I would love to collaborate on innovative human development projects where acting tools and what I have learned from human resources merge.
