Greet customer, accept payment for service invoices and part invoices using Reynolds Ignite. Close out service tickets. Bill out courtesy delivery tickets. Answer any service questions customers may have if possible.

Receive currency, credit card or check payments from customers that had service work performed on their vehicles or who purchased parts, closed Repair orders, submitted warranty claims, settled cash and credit cards, assist with coverage of front desk receptionist, and cleaned and scanned documents.

Duties: Welcomed guest as they entered the building with a pleasant demeanor and a smile. Amswered a multi line switch board and directed all calls and overhead pages to the appropriate employee or area. Physically logged in and out all vehicle keys to salesman. Logged all dealer tags in and out to the salemen.

Duties: Retrieved mail from the local post office, sort and distributed mail through out the building, delivered packages as well and prepare and send packages out via Fed-Ex.

Duties:Issue checks for payoff on trade-ins Remove and file trade information in deals on a daily basis,Title New/Used car work, post and submit to TitleTec,post title work into CDK (ADP) and reconcile DMV schedule Issue checks for purchase cars, Post billing in CDK for wholesales,Reconcile wholesale, DMV and payoff schedules, Issue DMV overage checks to customers.

Duties:Primary duties include breaking downing 150 customer deal folders to send to various lenders for payment, scanning documents, preparing bank deposit at times, and filling in on the switchboard when shorthanded, printing MSO's and varies other duties as assigned.Previously for a year worked in Service scheduling customers for service for their GM product via in person and on the telephone using the Reynolds and Reynolds system. In addition, I worked with the internet sales team answering service internet request for service in a timely manner using E-leads.
