After specialising in new media and web design at AKQA, I missed designing for print and embarked upon a variety of freelance projects. I've been in the graphic design industry since leaving college in 1994, working at well renowned agencies in Nottingham and London. I set up BLU:72 Creative in 2001 and it's still going strong, delivering graphic design and branding related projects to clients nationwide, across all business sectors. I moved across to central London in 2000 to join AKQA, one of the worlds largest 'New Media' agencies, to be part of the BMW creative team. I left Nottingham in 1998 to move to London and join BHP at their Docklands office. I worked on a variety of design projects including annual reports and company literature design for government agencies such as The Home Office, DfEE and Ofgem as well as product guides for sugar giants Tate and Lyle.

Purple Circle was my first job after studying Design Communication at college in Sheffield. It was a great introduction into the design industry, working on a varied range of projects from packaging to corporate identity for clients such as Marston's, Mansfield Brewery, Jim Russell Racing Drivers School and Bell-Fruit Manufacturing.
