In my role as Transformation Project Manager in nbn’s largest business unit, my primary focus was managing workforce restructure projects. Through partnering with Senior Leaders, I analysed their organisation designs and processes, identified areas for improvement, and executed plans to implement a new structure while ensuring all obligations to both employees and the business were met. I delivered smooth transitions through working with an array of stakeholders including Finance, Communications & Change, Employee Relations, Human Resources and Recruitment.

Initially, I served as the Business Manager for a single General Manager (GM) group, covering a Parental Leave vacancy. Eventually, I was permanently appointed to the role with an expanded scope, supporting an Executive General Manager (EGM) and their organisation structure of six GM groups. Accountable for the successful delivery of business operations processes, I led a team of specialists to fulfil my responsibilities that included operational governance, improvement projects, ensuring corporate compliance, fostering an engaged and safe workforce, and managing effective communication through the EGM structure and out to stakeholders across the organisation.

Within my role as a Business Analyst at nbn my primary responsibility was to analyse operational processes and implement solutions in order to increase efficiency within the Capability & Performance department (an area focussed on the supply & enablement of construction standards, processes & system solutions to mobilise the internal & external regional groups responsible for the build of the network).

As a Business Analyst with Telstra Country Wide, my role was to support the leadership team by conducting in-depth data analysis of customer experience metrics and providing guidance on a range of improvement opportunities. Additionally, I identified, developed and implemented a number of internal tools, which led to improved customer satisfaction through more effective performance tracking.

My final role with Optus Business was centred on our Top 20 Corporate clients, analysing and assessing all areas of the customer experience in order to create a rating and provide vital information to the business to enable client retention activities to be targeted effectively.

My role with Alphawest (an Optus owned company) revolved around ensuring contractual reporting obligations and service level agreements were met or exceeded during a period of significant growth, when Alphawest took on a major global contract as a part of the SingTel conglomerate.
