Responsible for transforming Salesforce system integrator (SI) partner ecosystem into Service Cloud experts capable of selling and providing world class delivery coupled with Salesforce Expert Services. Developed and launched the overall Services Cloud Partner program which encompassed the entire quote to cash process for SI's to sell, position, and deliver Service Cloud with Salesforce.com oversight. The model was scaled to 25 global Service Cloud SI's and accelerated Salesforce Service Cloud ARR to over $1billion during this time.

As the Solution Architect, this role is the most experienced member of the team with responsibilities including scoping, contract review, knowledge transfer, resource forecasting, budget management, and overall responsibility for ultimate client success as they pertain to deliverables and goals of the implementation.
