I have spent time leading teams in sales engineering, program management, product marketing and account management. Through all that, I have realized that at its core, my skill set is finding opportunities and creating solutions. I excel at many jobs and am known by coworkers as the guy who "gets things done."My Qualifications:1. Led the product development at Super as I was a co-founder and employee #1. Developed the operations team and the customer service organization.2. Managed the AOL e-commerce channel that drove in excess of $13M in revenues. Managed our partnerships, increasing our revenues and growing our audience.3. Managed our vendor network at Super who were responsible for handling all customer breakdowns. 4. Designed and delivered our product for many real estate agents, in 15 major markets in the US, as they were our main assets for building our customer base.5. Enabled the growth of AOL Mobile revenue and distribution of AOL content, products, and services, including AIM, AOL Mail, MapQuest, and Engadget, totaling $50M revenue annually.6. Started and managed multiple pre-sales engineering teams including managing customer expectations and handling any customer issues. I have done some consulting projects, around wireless solutions, as well as worked as an independent salesperson in the golf industry. Basically, I have a lot of experience in customer facing roles.
