We exceeded our sales targets every month, doubling accounts and tripling pipeline in 6 months through a predictable, multi-channel sales model. On our management team, Mat was metrics-driven, collaborated with product and marketing, and drove plans with me and our CFO. He was literally a joy to work with - when the going got tough, he made us all laugh. And when his former ArcSight colleagues called upon him to join a new big enterprise opportunity, and the time came for a more senior VP for our next stage of growth, we took the company out to celebrate him and the wild, amazing ride we had together.
