HR & Talent Acquisition:-Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing consultants in contract, contract to hire and Direct hire positions- Oversee human resources at all facilities and offices including Domestic and overseas.- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and the offer process.- Brainstorm with fellow recruiters to develop new and innovative recruiting methods.- Build and manage a team of in-house recruiters to develop internal sourcing capability & monitor their performance- Proactively connect with passive candidates through extensive cold calling, email and networking- Interview perspective consultants prior to client submittal.- Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels (networking, direct sourcing which includes cold calling and internet prospecting, job boards, referrals, our internal candidate database, etc.).- Organize and participate in employee referral programs. - Negotiate wages, terms and conditions of employment with consultants, and gain a commitment from consultants.- Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.- Manage contract employees while on assignment.Sales: - Partner with Clients to understand their IT needs and objectives.- Develop potential new clients and business opportunities by cold caling.- Drive the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships while maintaining and supporting the current client base to achieve sales goals.- Serve as point of contact for clients, partners & work to identify new clients, partners- Responsible for branding and establishing the organization as a premium employer of choice in the market place.- Develop strong relationships with executives and managers to become a business partner in talent related strategies.

- Designing lead for adverting and marketing.- Deploying new ideas for business expansion.- Building vendor and supplier distribution list.- Taking care of customer calls setting appointments and meetings.
