Getting data and integrating into our data warehouse. Writing web scrapers and other scripts with python (requests, beautifulsoup, mechanize, pyodbc, multiprocessing). Developing C# ETL solutions to integrate heterogeneous data into our MS SQL Server data warehouse. Using almost all facets of MS SQL Server including helping to create the data warehouse and writing stored procedures for ETL. Also all C# projects were developed in Visual Studio using Git with branches and synced with our database project in a Agile environment. We are currently building a fully configurable analytical dashboard system for the oil and gas industry.

Using the Blue Waters Supercomputer remotely to develop parallel MPI and CUDA C scientific computing applications. Half my time was spent conducting a virtual experiment which ran on hundreds of cores on the BW XE-nodes to accomplish the simulation of 1000 particles flowing down a river. After the program was properly profiled and debugged for optimum performance, I was able to remotely configure the visualization tool ViSit to run the visualization on the BW nodes while interactively displaying the results locally.
