As an engineer and co-architect, responsible for the design and development of the next-gen asset and portfolio management suite, development conventions and deployment procedures.

Responsible for the development and design of many of SSB Futures and Commodities applications, including reconciliation engines, sales portfolio management apps, and intraday and clearing journal systems. As the first distributed technology developer in the department, also responsible for establishing the conventions and procedures for development and deployment of new technologies, to be implemented by the group as new hires were on-boarded.

Initially a 6 month internship, my responsibilities extended to 1+ year long part time employment as the go-to technology and web developer for the HR department.
