I am also a personal Tutor and Tutor Team Leader.High achieving Photography department, obtaining the highest grades in the college for three years running, improving every year, achieving 73% A* grades and 92% A-B grades in 2017. Our grades give us a value added of +2 and an ALPS score of 2 which is in the top 10% of the UK.In Creative Media we often achieve a 100% pass rate. In my first year of teaching Creative Media production 81.5% of my 1st year students and 74% of 2nd year students achieved Distinction or Distinction* grades.As a Tutor I oversee a group of student through their time at the college and assist them to resolve issues which impact their success. In my capacity as Tutor Team Leader I manage a group of 12 tutors and their tutees, overseeing the pastoral management of these students. Show less
