Global Director Digital InnovationMac Cosmetics Nov 2020 - PresentNew York, UsAs the Global Creative Lead for our company, I led the redesign and re-platforming of 39 global and regional sites. Utilizing user testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools like Content Square and GA, we were able to improve our UX and upgrade our components based on data and customer feedback.I also provided art direction for new product shots, which were used across the website, retail stores, and retailers. Furthermore, I spearheaded a digital evolution at the Estee Lauder conglomerate, orchestrating the shift of our creative software from Sketch to Figma across all platforms, including applications, websites, emails, and presentations. We established the inaugural Design system within the Estée Lauder collective. We conducted workshops and provided guidance to brands like Clinique, Estee, La Mer, Bobby Brown, Too Faced, and others in the Estée Lauder portfolio, enlightening them on the effective utilization of our design system, which notably enhanced efficiency and saved time for our design teams and partners on a global scale. I also created, maintained, and updated our AR tools for various features such as lips, eyes, face, brows, and full looks. Currently, I am leading the AI and Metaverse initiative. -
