He has also sold multiple residential properties including new development on both the buy and sell side and also completed numerous commercial lease transactions.In his prior role as a managing director for a mid-size firm, he oversaw major residential rental portfolios and led a 50 agent office in the heart of Union Square.Originally from Long Island and most recently a Gowanus, Brooklyn resident, Marc currently resides in Bergen County, New Jersey where he and his wife purchased a home for their growing family. When Marc isn't working, you can find him on either the tennis or basketball court, at a live music show, but most often and most cherished, spending time and taking care of his young children.
