Miguel founded Blusearch Ltd a management consultancy where the value generated throughout his career in sales and recruitment industry is shared with his clientele. Automation, new market breaching, experienced hire onboarding, data management, data protection, training and sales enablement.He joined Carpenter Farraday in 2014 as a senior researcher within the Wealth & Asset Management division, shortly after he was promoted to Head of Search Technology he was responsible for deploying technological best practice across the firm, leading the internship programme as well as coaching and training new and experienced hires. He worked as a sales executive within the upstream oil & gas industry at the World Trade Group.He speaks fluent Spanish and holds an LLB in Law and Spanish from University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
