When someone asks me what I love most about my job at Delta Faucet Company, my answer is simple: our people and culture. In my role as corporate communications manager, I thrive on opportunities to share what’s most important to our employees – whether that’s creating a video explaining our company values or designing a strategic communication campaign that share important business updates. I also enjoy highlighting our employees and telling their stories – whether they’re celebrating a new role in the organization or volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. As the lead of our employer brand, I help bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life and share what it’s like to work here and be part of a winning team with potential employees. I also enjoy chances to implement new programs, brainstorm and collaborate with colleagues, and bring out creative ideas in others. I have found that being adaptable and maintaining a good sense of humor is crucial. Additionally, my enthusiasm, ability to see strengths in others, and lead projects that make a difference are vital keys to success. And no matter the project at hand, I thrive on challenging the status quo and tackling problems by thinking broadly and allowing my natural curiosity to lead the way.
