But my journey didn’t start with a paintbrush, it started with a language book. Growing up multilingual, I was fascinated by how words could shape ideas in so many different ways. That curiosity led me to explore visual languages: colors, shapes, forms—things that speak universally. As a freelance designer, I quickly learned how a single design element could evoke deep emotions and forge powerful connections.One of my most memorable projects was designing packaging for an animal feed brand. It wasn’t just about making something look good; it was about capturing the trust and care people feel for their pets in a single image. How do you convey that on a crowded shelf? That project taught me that design is about more than aesthetics, it’s about building relationships.But it hasn’t always been easy. Working across cultures, I had to learn to adapt, creating designs that resonate universally while keeping their core message intact.
