My time with Brisbane Marketing saw me effectively manage high volumes of work, in a fast turnaround environment. I was required to lead the art direction and design of all brands including Christmas in Brisbane and Regional Flavours and deliver on a broad range of work from out of home advertising to digital marketing campaigns.My role involved the following:-  Strategic visual conception and design development-  Brand development and design rollout -  Liaising with stakeholders to obtain clear briefs and apply problem solving skills and a big picture thinking to plan design strategy that met project needs within budget and deadline parameters -  Presenting concepts for feedback-  Create designs, layouts, and finished artwork, from concept to completion, of visual marketing assets including corporate image and stationery; advertising including press and outdoors; brochures, newsletters, and other collateral; signage; online assets; plus, photography, illustration, titles and motion graphics for video-  Managing freelance designers to ensure consistent rollout of campaigns-  Eye for detail and technical accuracy
