I have proven experience of managing a fast-moving, innovative business and team in the Fintech space – operating against tight KPIs, being goal and result orientated with the energy and commitment to drive ambitious business targets. My experience spans from the analytical planning stage to the implementation and delivery of structured business development & customer retention strategies. I am passionate about Payments, Merchant Acquiring and Fintech - a sector in which I have held leading roles. Having had hands-on experience right at the merchant's point of sale early in my career, I intrinsically understand the dynamics of the payments market as well as key drivers for consumers and merchants alike. I am an acting member on the Board of the European Association of Payment Service Providers for Merchants (EPSM) since June 2023. I display exemplary customer focus. I have worked across numerous European countries and cultures and succeed in delivering results in all markets with a diverse team. I have been hugely successful at building good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. I am a long-term thinker and nurture business relationships in a structured manner to ensure longevity and success.
