Led immersion research and design/brand strategy in close collaboration with designers. Projects and clients ranged from new to globally recognized brands, and consumer products to boutique retail and large-scale commercial developments. Key achievements: • Development and roll-out of a human-centric research process, utilized company-wide for strategic brand and experience development • Brand strategy and programming design for the Bellevue Collection to inform ad campaign and experiential programming site-wide (including a 2-million-square-foot expansion) • Brand strategy for development “Salt” in downtown Honolulu (naming, marketing collateral, experience design and site programming)• Other clients included: Urban Outfitters, Space 1520, Old Navy, LivingWell, Kimberly Snyder(Completed MSc in 2009-2010)
