Responsible for EC2 Hibernate, a feature enabling customers to pause and resume their EC2 instances on-demand and at scale. I supported a team of 8-10 engineers and expanded the availability of Hibernation from 7 instance types across 2 operating systems 46 instance types across 11 operating systems including Windows, Ubuntu and RedHat, and introduced Hibernation to ARM architectures in addition to existing Intel x86 based architectures.I drove communications with internal and external customers that I used to shape our product’s long-term feature roadmap and deliverables. As a Senior Consultant I was responsible for the successful delivery of software projects for our various Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. I pioneered our standardized on-boarding process for client projects. I screened and selected individuals for specific client project teams. Additionally, I published multiple technical articles for our company web site and for industry publications. I provided mentoring, coaching and career management for senior-level developers.
