• Developing medium and high voltage products to meet industry market’s needs and business objectives. • Providing technical solutions to convert and customise old product designs along with improving current products.• Ensuring all certifications of product designs are obtained (Type Test Certificates) within a limited time frame to enhance product value chain for the business.• Carrying out research & development activities to serve new market trends and customer needs for commercialisation and demand purposes.• Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers including marketing, sales and manufacturing departments whenever needed.• Managing compliance statements for different utilities based on current designs and future developments to grant the sufficient approval in vendor lists.• Support sales and marketing teams to achieve the proper comparison between different products among competitors.• Managing root cause analysis and technical reports to clarify any technical vague points or clarifications required by the end users.• Managing pre qualification processes from scratch to approval in utilities.
