President & Chief Executive Officer of Interactiv-Group since 2004, I’m part of the first owner and I led several of its subsidiaries since 2004. Technological expert on CRM in the 90s in APOGEE communications and responsible for IVR offers for Colt Telecom in the early 2000s, I founded my first company CONNECTICS in 2004, quickly integrated by association to a holding created for the occasion in 2006 and for which I flew its first significant acquisition in 2008, before taking the group chairmanship in 2010. I gradually reoriented the group strategy based on the sale of infratructure technical expertises (2006-2010) for digital interactions SaaS solutions. Initially oriented for middlecap in France I drived the opening of the group across Europe from the 2010s in the packaging of new digital offers for SME (2010-2014). In 2014 I focus my contribution to structure the interact-iv.com Group and its subsidiaries business and countries around a common quality referential enabling it to face its growth : share and capitalize on knowledge in order to improve internal business units and subsidiaries operational performance (2014-2018) I succesfully launch the interactiv business ecosystem in 2018 and we are proud in this early 2021 to federate - 5 subsdiaries DIGIDRIVE SAS (2018), CONSISTENT SAS (2019), ISICOM SAS (2020) CONNECTICS SAS (2021) and SIMPLY LAB SAS with - 3 companies participations VERTICAL M2M SAS, TELSI SAS (2020) and QUADRAN (2021) to offer to our customer a large offer and solution expertise on customers & users relationship management.Our last year operations TELSI SAS (Apr 2020), ISICOM SAS (Dec 2020) and CONNECTICS SAS (Jan 2021), create with CONSISTENT SAS and its historical european subsidiaries in ITALY, SPAIN and UNITED KINGDOM the largest CONTACT INTERACTION MANAGEMENT (CIM) offer through europe :With 2 european reference products lead and/or expertise on the market (CONSISTENT CONTACT CENTER and INTERACT by ISI-COM), each dedicated for a specific range of customer segment, and 160 collaborators to support them, we are the leader on wich our customers and partners can bases their growth strategy.
