● Identify, improve and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, process capability, and product quality.● Create manufacturing processes, and conduct defect analysis, engineering evaluations, and statistical analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to support process improvements.● Participate and stand as head of cross-functional team.● Streamline manufacturing process, procedures and work instructions to improve production standards and quality and eliminate rework, scrap and waste.● Responsible for the creation of documents such as Instruction Manuals and Production Check sheets for the implementation of quality standard operating procedure (SOP).● Monitor proper implementation of work instructions per process according to the set standard procedure to provide production with high yielding, quality and efficient product output. ● Generate reports for recommendations and solutions to problem encountered in production operation and maintenance. ● Evaluation of material, jigs and tool before start of mass production to assure excellent production quality.● Root cause investigation, formulation, implementation and verification of countermeasures on problems encountered in production.● Conduct process orientation, trainings and awareness to operators, technicians, leaders to assure quality output per process. ● Design jigs and tools to provide smooth production flow and quality products. ● Lead, train and guide Engineer I. ● Conducts supplier and customer audits together with the cross functional team to verify claims and quality issues.
