I have worked for Rio Tinto for 10 of those years, including three and half years as a contractor at Oyu Tolgoi in Mongolia. During my time at Rio Tinto I have primarily held chief of staff roles in the Oyu Tolgoi and Rio Tinto Group Corporate Relations function (Communications, External Affairs, and Communities and Social Performance), guiding the function or regional teams in strategy and planning, budgetary oversight and management, reporting, content production and delivery, and overall team performance.
