- Manager, Project Operations on the Market Development Facility Phase 2 (MDF), an Australian government-funded multi-country market system development program (five countries, five years, 140+ staff, AUD 70+ million). Responsible for the overall delivery of the project, and meeting set objectives on time and on budget. Main point of liaison between Palladium corporate leadership, MDF project team and the Donor Government;- Providing management and operations support to a range of international development projects, including on issues such as stakeholder engagement, finance and risk management, workplan development and monitoring, progress reporting, contracts and compliance, human resources, ICT; - Leading contractual negotiations to expand MDF in three new countries and the program’s AUD 80 million five-year extension to 2027; involved in securing a three-year extension and over AUD 50 million in additional funding for nation-wide education program INOVASI in Indonesia; submitted a range of successful expressions of interest and tenders including for the AUD 2 billion Australia Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific (AIFFP) panel;- Supporting Palladium’s expansion in new markets including Just Transition; Infrastructure; Logistics services; Business Process Outsourcing; and post Mining;- Supporting internal change. Designed and rolled out Palladium’s environmental impact assessment, measured Palladium’s global CO2 emissions and contributed to the development of Palladium’s Science-Based Targets commitments. Beta tester of new business process tools, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, consultants and subcontractors’ management tool; and risks and issues register.
