It encompasses the following key modules:- Time and Attendance- Documents: Access to Form 16, Payslips, IT Worksheets- Leave Management- Profile Management: Personal, Educational, and Employment details- Employee Engagement: Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, and Service Milestones- Separation ProcessThe platform operates on a robust 4-tier architecture, with SAP as the foundational layer (Layer 4). Its backend is built with Python and Django, supported by a PostgreSQL database, while the frontend leverages React JS and React Native. EDP is accessible across Web, Android, and iOS platforms.Responsibilities:- Refactoring and reviewing code, merging pull requests- Acting as Release Manager and owning deployment processes- Allocating resources effectively- Gathering and analyzing requirements- Leading the approach to development- Prioritizing issues and communicating with usersGross Cost Contract (GCC):The Gross Cost Contract (GCC) platform enables Depot Managers to monitor their buses effectively. It provides real-time tracking of bus locations, State of Charge (SOC), speed, completed trips, and the associated vehicles and drivers for each trip.The platform serves two user groups:1.
