For 3 months, I was an intern on the Infrastructure team in the ITSS department. As part of this, I attended corporate training for the Agile methodology. I received an internal certificate at the end stating that I knew and understood Agile principles and could act as a Scrum Master for a project. I led two projects for part of the project's life. One of those had a budget of over $3 million. I also led another project using the Agile methodology. We were given a budget of $80k and finished 20% under budget.

I worked on the IT team maintaining the many web pages that the Alumni department hosted as well as provided computer support to the staff in the department. As part of my job, I was tasked with helping us move from hosting our own web server to hosting on a cloud platform. This decreased our workload by 50% as the new platform worked much like a content management system and allowed others to make their own edits to the web pages. We also did not have any network-accessible storage. Because of this, sharing of files and the backing up of files in the department proved to be difficult. I built a file server for network storage which solved these issues.
