For over 20 years, I was a partner in a software consulting startup we built from the ground up. We grew it into a successful business and eventually sold it—a journey filled with hard work, learning, and growth. After the sale, I found myself at a crossroads. I was burnt out, unsure of my next step, but eager for the excitement of building something new again.During that time, my mother, Karen McCullough, CSP—a highly successful professional speaker—asked if I could help with her marketing while I figured out my next move. It was meant to be a short-term project, just a favor to help her refine her brand and grow her business. One month turned into two, and before I knew it, referrals started rolling in. What began as a simple favor quickly grew into something much bigger—a business I hadn’t anticipated but couldn’t imagine walking away from.I fell in love with the speaking industry. Watching speakers take the stage and transform lives with their words was inspiring. Knowing that the work I was doing—crafting messaging, building websites, and creating marketing strategies—was helping them expand their reach and touch even more lives gave me a new sense of purpose.Today, I’m driven by the belief that every speaker has a story worth sharing, and my job is to make sure their voice is heard. Whether it’s a website that reflects their energy or messaging that connects deeply with their audience, I take pride in helping speakers grow their impact and their business. What started as a favor has become my passion, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the journey that brought me here.
