In my role as the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, I oversee the orchestration of our technical and commercial platform strategies, marketing endeavors, and pivotal business development initiatives, inclusive of analyst and press relations.A significant achievement under my purview includes securing over $13 million in venture capital, a strategic milestone that propelled Davra as a global frontrunner in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) landscape. This accomplishment not only provided essential financial backing but also solidified Davra's position, culminating in our recognition within the prestigious Gartner IoT Magic Quadrant.Moreover, I played an integral role in establishing and driving the operational success of our USA office (initially in Enterprise Ireland West Coast Offices and then establishing Davra in the PnP tech Center), amplifying our global presence. Notably, my personal efforts contributed to securing some of our most substantial (1M+) software accounts , further cementing Davra's standing in the market.My contributions extend beyond individual wins to fostering strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Cisco (Establishing a Key OEM Agreement), AWS, Intel, Gartner, and numerous Value Added Resellers (VARs) on a global scale. This collaborative approach significantly amplified Davra's reach and market penetration.In addition, I've been a prominent ambassador for Davra, representing our brand at over 100 tradeshows, ranging from marquee events like Gartner Symposium, AWS Invent, and Cisco Live to smaller yet crucial partner gatherings. These engagements have been pivotal in showcasing Davra's capabilities and forging key relationships within the industry landscape.

Established a collaboration business unit within Davra, specializing in remote video conferencing services tailored for governmental entities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Orchestrated team expansion to encompass over 15 professionals and strategically grew revenues to exceed $1.5 million in both 2021 and 2022. The pioneering solutions, Legislate for Webex and Courts for Webex, have gained global recognition and are prominently featured in the Cisco global price list through a meticulously structured OEM agreement. Led the end-to-end development of these solutions, from inception to market readiness, successfully securing clients such as the IMF, World Bank, IADB, LA County, Geneva, COP26, and numerous other esteemed entities.

I served as an executive Consultant within Cisco's IOT Team in the Bay Area of San Francisco. In this role, I specialized in crafting several Cisco Validated Designs (CVDs) for IOT-based solutions. Notably, my contributions encompassed the creation of CVDs focusing on areas such as Mass Transit, Intelligent Traffic Solutions, and Remote Oil/Gas applications in collaboration with Cisco. Furthermore, I facilitated the inclusion of Davra and its platform as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on the prestigious Cisco Global Price list. In addition to this accomplishment, I consistently showcased IOT solutions to a diverse array of global clientele at the Cisco Executive Briefing Center, fostering an environment for comprehensive demonstrations and presentations.

I established, hosted, and managed the foremost Industrial IoT Group in Silicon Valley, boasting esteemed guest speakers comprised of top-tier Vice Presidents and Directors from industry leaders such as Hitachi, Samsung, Intel, AWS, Cisco, Oracle, and various other distinguished organizations. Our monthly gatherings routinely attracted over 100 guests, spanning investors, technologists, executives, and founders, fostering unparalleled networking opportunities. The conducive atmosphere was enhanced by complimentary amenities including beer, music, and pizza, fostering a relaxed environment conducive to collaboration. Furthermore, the conference facilities, generously provided by the Plug and Play Tech Center, Sunnyvale CA, were unparalleled in quality and contributed significantly to the success of our events.

In my role as a Senior Software Engineer, I was deeply involved in the design and development processes of Visual Networks' flagship solution, VPM. I held ownership and responsibility for critical technical modules within the overarching architecture of VPM. This entailed not only conceptualizing and creating these modules but also overseeing their implementation and integration into the larger framework of the solution. My responsibilities encompass ensuring the robustness, efficiency, and seamless operation of these modules within the VPM ecosystem, contributing significantly to the product's overall functionality and success in meeting client needs and industry standards. Solution was ultimately acquired by Netscout.

Senior Designer and Engineer on WAN Optimisation Solution based on Cisco WAAS. Lead Architect and Designer on Fluke Networks PfR Manager solution for next-gen performance based routing protocol (PfR). Both solutions rolled out on Fortune 500 company networks.

Principal Software Engineer overseeing Crannogs' Responsewatch Solution, specializing in the comprehensive management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across Enterprise and Managed Service Provider (MSP) Network Environments. Instrumental as the Lead Engineer in the inception of Crannogs' pioneering Network Management Solution, Netwatch, positioned as a direct competitor to Solarwinds in the late 90s. Distinguished role as the Lead Engineer and Developer in crafting Crannog's SMS alerting applications, a globally successful solution that received emails and seamlessly converted them into SMS notifications—a pioneering application acclaimed for its international sales success during the 90s.

I conceptualized, developed, and successfully marketed an e-commerce platform, Winestore.ie, dedicated to offering a diverse selection of wines online. The platform garnered substantial traction, processing over 500 online orders from customers spanning Ireland, the UK, the USA, and Australia. Notably, this venture began as a personal interest project—a hobby site—that I built leveraging the Oscommerce back-end shopping cart infrastructure, employing PHP programming language (which was considered cutting-edge technology at the time). The strategic use of these tools allowed me to create a robust and user-friendly online shopping experience, capitalizing on the emerging trend of e-commerce in the wine industry.
