I am responsible for the management of over 2500 machines for 40+ businesses in the area and I enjoy every moment of it. My day-to-day is interfacing with our clients to make sure that they are well taken care of, being the escalation point for the support team, performing high-risk migrations and implementations, and generating the data necessary for the management team to make accurate predictions on where the company is headed next.My general responsibilities include managing the daily operations of all departments, being the interface between company ownership and the employees, being the interface between the client's management team and our own, maintaining profitability on all clients, and developing and implementing changes and policies to maximize profitability,

I started with typesetting bond documents for the State of California. This eventually led to designing websites so that banks and attorneys could access the documents we produced and stored in the database. After a few years I became the person responsible for maintaining and updating the front-end site, and during this time I developed a way to deploy our backend document management system for use at other companies. After this success I was promoted to CTO and became responsible for all system maintenance, network security, as well as testing and the implementation of all software and hardware for our two locations. I now work as a consultant for them on an as needed basis.
