Estimation & Project Planning Activities: Preparation of competitive techno-commercial bids in accordance with Customer / Project requirements at competitive cost along with performance guarantees for Thermic Fluid Heating System packages for various industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Latex, Food, Paper, Textile, Plywood, Ceramics etc. Product development including engineering, estimation, manufacturing, installation & commissioning. Extensive co-ordination with clients on techno-commercial aspects. Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) & performing Heat – Mass Balance calculations. Preparation of responsibility matrix and freeze contractual responsibilities of all agencies involved with deliverables and time commitment. Assisting cross functional internal teams for specification finalization, project scheduling, planning & execution. Preparation of independent activity network, procurement & manufacturing schedule.

Estimation & Sales Activities: Preparation of Cost estimates, Techno/Commercial Proposals, Tender / Bidding Documents based on process licensors’ (UOP, KBR, Axens, EIL, HTAS etc.) datasheet & project specifications for internals of reactors or pressure vessel packages for petrochemical industries, Oil & Gas refineries, & Fertilizer plants. Understanding quality requirements, project schedules, requirements of budgets of projects. Advise management of project requirements, pricing, manufacturing schedule and risk analysis through use of risk memos in critical major projects. Planning & working with cross-functional engineering teams during project life cycle for detail design, manufacturing, site installation, commissioning & start-up support. Preparation of various MIS Reports such as won / lost orders, revenue forecast, upcoming project forecasts.

Project Management Activities : Plan, Lead and manage the execution of projects i.e. finalization of specifications and deliverables, timely approval of designs, material requisitions and engineering & quality deliverables. Planning & working with cross-functional engineering teams during project life cycle for detail design, manufacturing, site installation, commissioning & start-up support. Assisting marketing team for preparation of project planning & schedules, shop loading during pre-order stages for upcoming projects. Conducting project kick-off meetings, weekly review meetings for ongoing projects to review status of projects, shortfalls and learning from major projects.

Contract & Procurement activity:  Procurement for components of filtration equipment for ETP, WTP & STP packages from local & overseas suppliers. Supplier coordination, Coordination with logistics, Import-export, commercial divisions Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
