I’m the type of person who looks to bring the best out in others by using my insights of group members’ traits, thoughts, and strengths while putting aside my own interests. This quality combined with my drive in satisfying my intellectual curiosity allows me to organize groups expressing their passion in a united goal. I am exhilarated by the process of gathering my own knowledge and I get to take the time to deeply understand a concept, task, or issue before establishing a collective plan of action. I try to consider all outcomes of every decision I make, knowing that these decisions will affect what’s to come for my goals; whether they are achieved in months, years, or even decades. Knowing this about myself, I find that I work best in an environment that balances group socialization and individual time to process the tasks at hand. I look to cultivate knowledge about everything from assigned tasks, topics of interest, and other group members (if any are present). I require the resources to consider all possible outcomes of a decision before making one, and I try to implement a system to archive my collected information and my aspirations for what’s to come.
