Responsible for maintaining a healthy, safe, controlled, and hazard free work environment. • Responsible for production quality, quality documentation completion, and sign off of fabricated and assembled parts.• Responsible for team compliance with standard operating procedures and standard work instructions• Responsible for the training, performance, and execution of shift staff. • Responsible for prioritizing, developing, and executing shift workflow. • Responsible for the daily execution of the 5S housekeeping plan. • Assess, review, record, and report performance of all their shift workers.• Assess, review, record, and maintain all shift worker training. • Assess, review, record, and report all data pertaining to near miss, equipment and building damage, first aid, recordable injury data, hot work, etc.• Perform intervention, root cause, and corrective action reports when production error or problems arise.
