This impacted the whole Partnership.- Delivered a GDPR compliance project for key Personnel systems in order to comply with critical Audit risks.- Delivered a secure cloud-based solution (Way2Pay) to support internal staff catering services delivered and hosted by a 3rd party, this is in use by over 8000 users.- Delivered a secure portal to enable ex-employees to gain access to key sensitive documents in response to a business critical HMRC request.Supported and participated in an IT change initiative to adopt a continuous delivery DevOps model involving learning to adopt a Servant Leadership style and a continuous improvement approach.Away from project work, I was part of a division wide team that examined how diversity and inclusion could be improved. This business process had not been run in the BMA for almost 40 yrs and had to be designed from scratch.- Procurement and implementation of an enterprise-wide Content Management System (SDL Tridion) and brand new corporate website for the BMA.- Implementation of home working technology in the BMJPG.- Management of a group of suppliers to install an enhanced resilient internet connection to the BMA headquarters.

Millennium Services Unit - a range of roles including:- Participating in aggressive recruitment campaign to support Millennium Services business requirements- Production of proposal documents which led to winning new Millennium Services business- An assignment at Bank of Scotland to perform a rapid analysis of all mainframe code to collect the information required to develop a high level costing of the impact of Millennium date processing and European Currency changes.

Automotive Division - Ford Motor Company - A wide range of roles based on-site including:- Project Manager and DBA of a Marketing and Sales system which formed part of their strategic sales forecasting business. - Development Phase Project Manager of a large mainframe development in the Finance department of Ford. The software was developed in COBOL II and the DBMS was DB2.- Analyst/Programmer on a project to convert and enhance a vehicle accounting system for Ford. The first phase involved converting the system which ran on Sperry Univac machines in 11 countries, to run on an IBM 3090 mainframe.

Pfizer Pharmaceuticals - responsible for documenting a complex management information system designed to enable a large pharmaceutical company to comply with government legislation.
