With BRANDERMIND, my focus is helping small businesses utilize AI tools to grow their business. Small businesses don't have a ton of time to be able to learn and figure out which tools will best help them grow, so my goal is to guide them in their AI journey.

As the Associate, I handle overseeing youth and young adult ministries as well as the churches social front, including Facebook and Bethel's website. Other items I handle is preaching when needed or asked, and any other odds and ends Pastor may ask for.

It's a new position focused on managing/improving our websites as well as other digital aspects of the business, from E-Commerce to anything else that may arise!

Understand the needs of the business, impact of those needs and marry the business to a proper system(s) to meet those needs. I've lead projects from CRM upgrades to systems handling new internal products, E-Commerce site creations and am currently leading a change to our web presence as a business. I have experience with Tableau, FileMaker Pro, Great Plains, as well as the usual Microsoft Suite of software.

Technical Support for a web-based application dealing with online donations, also conducts live webinar's training new churches in the program as well as sales demonstrations. Support Churches through the process from beginning to end as well as the donors of each church as needed. I have created documentation as well as set up export procedures from our system into other contribution programs. Worked with a vendor on new development (created URD's as well as designed mockups using balsamic), as well as did full QA on the application prior to a release. Just finished up assisting the move of this application from a vendor to our internal team, which included designing procedures and setting up goals for our team as well as the vendor. Full regression testing of all environments prior to cut over as well as day of cut over working with the team to ensure the program is properly brought in house. The move was very successful and was a very smooth process from start to finish.Also support diy web based solution where users can manage and maintain their own websites. Work with them on everything from domain transfers to managing and maintaining their web pages/content. The third product I support is the curriculum side of the company which ranges from teaching websites to a catholic bookstore, this end is more helping end users or teachers navigate as well as issues with accessing different features and functionality.
