Full regression testing of all environments prior to cut over as well as day of cut over working with the team to ensure the program is properly brought in house. The move was very successful and was a very smooth process from start to finish.Also support diy web based solution where users can manage and maintain their own websites. The third product I support is the curriculum side of the company which ranges from teaching websites to a catholic bookstore, this end is more helping end users or teachers navigate as well as issues with accessing different features and functionality.
