Hi! I am a third-year Biomedical Engineering student at Cal Poly SLO and am extremely passionate about biomechatronics and improving quality of life through accessible prosthetics and medical devices. Most of my work has been through EMPOWER, a Cal Poly student association aimed at designing and fabricating accessible, assistive devices for people in the SLO community. It is within this club that I currently lead a team of 10 engineering students in developing a rock climbing and weight training prosthetic for a Cal Poly math professor and Team USA Paraclimber. I am actively seeking out opportunities to work with individuals in the community and improve their quality of life.
