[Schweizer 2-32/2-33/1-34, PA-18-180, PA-25-260]In January of 2019 I took over rebuilding the Mile High Gliding business under its new ownership. I tasked myself with coordinating and ferrying aircraft restoration projects, re-branding and overhauling the online presence, implementing a modern point of sale system, piloting commercial rides and flying the tow planes, conducting flight instruction in gliders, and managing new and existing pilots and ground crew. My aim was to continue to cultivate an environment that attracts excellent staff members and happy customers. Reviews, pictures, videos and profits suggest that the new MHG is on the right track.
