I also enjoy providing engineering peer reviews for complex audio-visual and control systems to ensure proper functionality and interoperability and reviewing new project opportunities. Engineering Tasks: Pre-sales system design and engineering for complex AV systems. Technical resource to account representatives, customers, and our system integration team throughout the entire project. Conducted on site visits to determine system needs as they relate to the customer’s business goals. Develop systems based on customer RFP or by conducting site surveys. System commissioning and customer training. Create CAD and line drawings for AV system flow and elevations for architectural packages and internal wiringProject Management Tasks: Develop and maintain a project schedule and table of responsibilities. Provide timely, consistent communication among all team members and negotiate with other trades regarding schedule adjustment. Supervise all project resources for accountability to the project and ensure that training and all close-out documentation is provided. Maintain installation and service schedule.
