Licensed Office Manager
Current- Maintain customer relationships while servicing their needs and addressing all insurance inquiries.- Implemented agency processes to achieve the JD Power and Associates Distinguished Insurance Agency Award for an “Outstanding Customer Experience." Then achieved the American Star award for "Excellence in Customer Experience."- Handle sales to prospective clients and cross sell additional products to current clients.- Review auto insurance applications for eligibility through use of consumer reports, motor vehicle reports, and past claims history for both preferred and high-risk policies.- Inspect homes for general maintenance, location, and underwriting specific guidelines.- Prepare quotes and applications for personal auto, commercial auto, motorcycle, and miscellaneous auto policies.- Work with clients on selecting and applying for the proper homeowners, condominium owners, mobile home, or renter’s insurance products.- Correspond with customers throughout insurance claim process and general coverage questions.- Service the billing accounts for clients and rectifying any issues.- Manage marketing materials and advertisement opportunities in a variety of print and online social media areas.- Stay up to date on industry changes and Continuing Education requirements.
