I most recently worked in the Tier 3 Technical Support Department of Time-Warner Cable, Charter/Spectrum. I have worked with a wide variety of technical and customer education concerns. I use my interest in technology to sharpen my skills in computer science such as using my interest in website design, hosting and computer support to put into practice knowledge concerning networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, etcetera, as well as knowledge concerning physical and virtual servers and workstations. I have utilized virtual platforms such as VMWare’s ESXi, XCP-ng, VMWare Player, & Oracle’s VirtualBox.The majority of my experience rests with customer care and support over the phone; this has taught me that far more than anything else, good customer service skills require a genuine heart and interest in what's most important to the customer.
