I conduct my work in a professional manner. I believe if you are going to do something, do it right in the first place so you don't have to repeat yourself. I communicate very well with fellow workers and I have found myself to be very quick at adapting to new ideas/concepts etc. Starting from the motor trade, I had to adapt to the technical areas for identifying any car parts and learned the whole system in terms of ordering/returning parts to suppliers, revising profit margins, Stock checking etc. I learned the crash repair trade from glassmatix estimation software to working with insurance assessors on repairing estimates for customers. I worked closely with customers looking for Parts/Crash Repairs/Service Department repairs and built up a good relationship with every department in any employment I worked.I adapted to Accounts and bookkeeping with little experience and 10 years on, I have confidence in running any office. I had to transform the IT structure with the two construction companies and learned how to make the software work for company. I learned Payroll/TAS Books to my advantage and recently attempted Year 2 exams for the Institute of Accounting Technicians Ireland. I have to resit Taxation in May'14 for my qualification to back up my experiences.I also started up a new company that was involved in tourism. I worked closely with our web developers on producing www.escapetogolf.com. I also learned a lot about Adobe suite which is useful for visual promotions as you can see on the golf website.When working with Escape To Golf Ltd, I took a similar role to the construction jobs but as a director & company secretary. I work closely with our partners in the USA and our hotels/golf courses here in Ireland to generate excellent holiday packages.When I look at the varying characters I have worked with since 2007, I consider myself a very dedicated, useful, and hard working individual who is eager to learn, loyal and can adapt to any work environment.
