I am responsible for the direct management of a team that provides daily oversight of a $282M distributed, utility scale PV solar fleet consisting of 43 generating assets located in CA, MA, NJ, NY and PA with a total capacity of 59.0 MW (72.2 MWdc).Established O&M oversight capabilities, including the assembly of a new department responsible for the assessment of the operational and generating status of PV solar assets, and all field maintenance activities.Developed business processes for project ownership and revenue recognition activities including: regulatory filings, lease & contracts management, insurance & warranty management, grant reporting, and SREC & energy yield invoicing activities.Developed and negotiated O&M contracts to support regional asset maintenance requirements, qualified and selected O&M providers, and the ongoing vendor performance evaluation and competitive vendor benchmarking activities.Developed a technology platform and associated business processes to automate: data aggregation of performance data, KPI calculation and analysis, yield and availability forecasting, revenue forecasting based on the realtime operational status of assets, outage and workorder logging and escalation, document and resources management, and technical & financial reporting.Responsible for the budget control of all O&M fixed fee, corrective maintenance and capital improvement activities.Frequently communicate directly with executive management; reports global generating asset performance (including: Biomass, CMM, LFG & PV Solar), asset performance summaries for investors, capital improvement initiatives with financial justification, and present the company's oversight capabilities to new investors.

Strategic vision and management of a gloabl technology roadmap for PV Plant monitoring platforms, in-field data collection including devices and processes, performance engineering analysis development and PV plant controls integration, managing over 15 direct and indirect reports.

Designed and implemented PV plant and PV Fleet operations monitoring platform to support initial O&M performance engineering team’s warranty management, analysis tools, reporting processes and customer support, managing 7 direct and indirect reports.

Define and automate analytical methods for the analysis and comparison of PV solar plants for the purpose of enabling operations and maintenance activities. Work directly with owners and customers to deliver accurate reporting of: plant performance, operations and maintenance activities.

Support the data monitoring of PV solar plants and development of automated methods for the analysis required by internal and external clients.

I provide project management, business/systems analysis and development support for: custom software applications for remote monitoring and BI reporting services for customer facing and internal business applications.

Supporting manufacturing and business systems through application development in .NET (C#, ASP.NET), SQL Server, web & client-server, SharePoint, InfoPath and related technologies.

Responsibilities include IT support of the GM Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), GM Company Vehicle Evaluation Program (CVEP) and the Toyota Quick Touch Survey (QTS) marketing studies. Developing business requirements and development estimates for customer and internally defined enhancements. Development of client-server applications, web based reporting services and interfaces as well as stored procedures for MVC and processing support.

Proposed and them implemented new technologies to support the grown of NSK’s Internet and eBusiness initiatives including; MS SharePoint portals for internal project teams, SecureID for both NSK staff and in support of the NSK Direct customer initiative, Citrix Server farm for managed desktop solutions for NSK Mexico and outside sales staff in the US and Canada.

Proposed and then managed the successful globalization of the NSK America’s web site consolidation, providing a common template, content process and management methodology, and common CMS solutions for NSK Brasil, NSK Europe, NSK Canada, NSK Precision Americas, NSK Mexico and NSK Corporate marketing groups. Key personal from executive, manufacturing, engineering, information systems and marketing departments were involved throughout the project.

Worked directly with the After-market, Industrial, Precision business and Engineering departments to collect business requirements and architect software and process solutions for NSK’s ABS (Americas Business System) ERP/CRM software system.

Targeting automative Tier 1s, providing engineering prototype 3D product pre-visualization services, CD-ROM based presentations and web based application development services for technical, business and end-user audiences to promote products, sell technical proposals, and aide in training.
