As a teacher and school leader, I focused on cultivating strong cultures for teaching and learning, ensuring a supportive and enriching environment for all.At the district level, I served as the Chief of Talent & Strategy at Haywood County Schools-TN. In this role, I led the overall strategy for internal and external communications district-wide, developed and secured strategic partnerships, and supported key academic and operations initiatives. I also oversaw the district’s reduction in force while simultaneously creating and enhancing salary schedules for the 2024-25 school year & increased earning potential for hourly employees by a minimum of 20%.Before joining Haywood County Schools-TN, I led the Talent Management division at Memphis-Shelby County Schools, Tennessee’s largest school district. I supervised all talent management teams, managed an annual budget of $12 million, and led a team of 50 employees.
