• Staten Island Railway (SIR): Assisted on the generation of Safe Work Plans (SWP) and Accident Prevention Program (APP) for the SIR Station Rehabilitation Project. Assist in the daily COVID -19 Safety Reports.• South Beach Psychiatric Center (SBPC): Coordinated and conducted daily general and fire safety inspections for DASNY new SBPC residential building construction project. Performed safety orientation training for new employees on project HASP and work procedures. • New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF): Coordinated and conducted health and safety inspections of construction activities for a renovation project at the NYSIF office located at 199 Church St. NY. Assess site conditions and contractors’ adherence to the GC’s Covid-19 Response Plan. • Mount Sinai Medical Center (MSMC): Participated in training MSMC personnel on the proper procedure to put on and remove PPE (donning and doffing) as part of Covid-19 PPE CDC recommendations. Conducted OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Subpart D Walking-Working Surface compliance audit of MSMC Boiler and Chiller Rooms. Generated a report with findings crossed referenced with OSHA standards.

Over 90% of the community concerns where responded and the other 10% was ruled as not applicable by the Authority • Performed daily oversight of project with the purpose of anticipating any environmental deviation that could affect the normal development of each project attaining a 95% of success• Created and implemented the main environmental plans (base line) and their respective specific procedures, following the ISO standards and company policies that were adopted as company SOP• Coordinated and led the hazardous waste and substances management activities and achieved 100% of compliance with the regulations• Designed and oversaw the construction of 5 hazardous waste handling and storage areas

• Counseled and advised +100 clients on the creation of their own hazardous waste management program, resulting in 75% of them obtained own certification and met national regulations• Coordinated the disposal of over 44 tons/day of liquid and solid hazardous waste produced by the clients and aided in the preparation of the hazardous waste manifest• Helped increase the company’s portfolio of clients in 20% after 1.5 years by performing meetings with potential clients and showing them the benefits of implementing a proper management of their hazardous wastes and materials
