Over my years in the workforce I have discovered that I have a true passion for keeping things organized and making sure things are running as efficiently as possible. I enjoy working in an office environment. I love finding newer, faster and more effective ways to complete old tasks. I enjoy interacting with others and completing team assignments. Initiative and self motivation are two of my greatest work qualities. I have accumulated many skills including HR processes for hiring and terminations, reviewing and auditing files, archiving files, comprehensive reports, effective scheduling, training new and veteran employees, and organizing and conducting meetings with staff and outside company partners. I am always open to learning new skills and meeting new people.
