With the method of diffraction, traffic noise is being redirected upwards. By doing so, we can reduce the height of every (existing) noise barrier with 2 meters, leading to significant (40%) carbon and cost savings, whilst in most cases preserving the view for both passengers and residents. The current portfolio includes 3 products; the WHISstone, WHISwall and WHIStopMy main task is to expand business internationally. Starting in the neighbouring countries, we have realised first (pilot) projects in Belgium, Germany, UK and Denmark (2021). Parallel we are contracting local sales partners to accelerate sales in those countries. -

Master ThesisHeijmans Nov 2008 - Aug 2009Rosmalen, Noord-Brabant, NlThe Thesis project focused on implementation and use of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Workflow Management System (WMS) within the organisation of Heijmans Infra Geïntegreerde Projecten (HIGP). The research project consisted of a literature study, an evaluating case study and the development of an implementation plan.The literature study showed that it is recommended to use the PSIBouw implementation methodology for the implementation of interorganisational ICT in the construction industry. In the case study document processes were mapped in flowcharts and changes during the implementation of a DMS and a WMS were listed. Finally recommendations were given for the implementation of DMS and WMS in another project.
