Current- Operating courtroom presentation software as "hot seat" technician during litigation proceedings- Defining protocols and best practices in the areas of EDM, E-filing and eDiscovery document review, production, and trial preparation - Participating as an integral part of the trial team during preparation and strategy meetings, document processing, demonstrative exhibit development, witness preparation, and litigation proceedings- Utilizing Windows-based applications to perform document and database management tasks such as, scanning, coding, processing, and printing- Organizing, QCing, managing and maintaining digital trial databases for presentation during the trial- Planning, set-up and operation of all equipment necessary for presentation of digital evidence
