I am the Business Development Manager for Ventus Logistics, a Customs Brokers and Logistics company with presence in the US and Mexico. As BDM I face different challenges everyday in order to increase our profit and establish customers engagement. In order to do that I always think on how to create value to my customers in an innovative way, and also create strategies that result in our profit growth. I ´ve been responsible of institutional relations and assistance to tradeshows that results in generate new business opportunities, as well I created a new online communications campaign and redesigned the webpage. I love what I do, I think that my work is figuring out a different Rubik’s cube for each project I’m in, and once you solve it’s full of color. Before joining Ventus Logistics, I worked for my alma mater (Tec de Monterrey) in a national fundraising program that allowed me to do Public Relations and Networking with the nationwide alumni, different campuses and the Institution´s Counsel. I´ve been very fortunate of having worked for my three passions: education, public service and business development. I think of myself as a very passionate, creative, problem-solving type of guy and like to innovate and add value to every little thing I do. I love to jump and take the risks and am focused on looking for solutions challenging the status quo...I have a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Public Administration and a Political Science degree both from Tecnológico de Monterrey. My masters degree thesis won an award as an Outstanding Degree Thesis and the title of my work is "The challenges of the implementation of social policy in the state of NL in a context of insecurity." Im convinced that life is always in a constant change and adapting to and learning from it is the best path to success.
